Resources available at CMU to support student health and well-being.
- In addition to counseling services, the Counseling Center offers a variety of resources, including self-help tools and group activities, to help students manage stress and navigate challenges.
- The CMU Student Food Pantry can assist students struggling with food insecurity, and can also provide additional care products.
- Peer Involvement Advisors can help students find opportunities to get involved — and build community — on campus.
- The Financial Wellness Collaborative offers one-on-one peer coaching and financial management tools to help students create a plan for their individual financial circumstances.
- The Writing Center, the Mathematics Assistance Centerand tutoring programs can provide support for challenging projects and assignments.
Finally, if you know someone who needs assistance but you are not certain how to help, or if you need help and are not sure where to begin, remember that the CMU Cares Team can help. You can submit a confidential Cares Report for students, as well as for faculty and staff, and someone will reach out to offer assistance.
